Please complete the TransTech Systems product repair request form and a representative will contact you shortly with regard to the details of your repair.
We suggest using UPS or Fed-Ex when returning your equipment as they provide a trackable service. Please do not return your equipment until you receive notice from TransTech Systems.
Please use caution when packaging your gauge for service! Over the years we have seen many instances where chargers and handles were stored on top of the touch screen. This could damage your gauge and lead to costly repairs. Please store all accessories in the case lid, you can refer to this video for assistance - Correct Packing Procedure

Please note: We will be closed for the holidays from December 24th and reopening January 2nd. If you are sending in your gauges for calibration or service, please make sure they arrive to us before December 23rd to keep them from being held up at the shipping facility.
